   Lead researcher for the patient booking app used by 14 clinics. Ran 120 sessions with patients over 70 and got the reschedule flow cut from six screens to two.

   Senior researcher on the bike-share app. Rode along with 30 commuters for a week each; the diary notes became the new unlock-and-park design.
